Ask your reconciled books. Every figure traced to its source.

Banks, ERP, billing and CRM reconcile into one ledger. Ask in plain language and get the table, the chart and the invoices behind every number.

One conversation for the question and the proof

Revenue, margin, cash and customers, answered from the same reconciled ledger, with the steps taken and the sources used beside every answer.

Chat with Data answering “Show revenue by product line for January to August 2026 compared with the same months last year.” with a summary, a table of six product lines with an Excel button, and the Progress and Context panels beside it.
The Data Hub: Commerzbank, bank statements and an ERP database connected to the Muster GmbH group ledger, which feeds Aurelytix.

Connect once. Reconciled from then on.

Banks, accounting, ERP, billing and CRM connect in the Data Hub. As new data arrives, payments are matched to the invoices and bills they settle; what does not match cleanly waits for review.

The follow-up “Which customers drove the growth in Juice & Tea?” answered with a table of customers, their revenue in both periods, the variance and its impact.

The follow-up is where the analysis happens

Ask which customers drove the growth and the next table splits it by customer, with variance and impact. Every question keeps the context of the one before.

The request “Put the invoice lines behind Juice & Tea's 2026 revenue in an Excel.” answered with 1,379 invoice lines worth €44.82M, a table of the lines and the workbook listed under Outputs.

Every total opens into its invoice lines

Ask for the lines behind a figure and they arrive as an Excel workbook, line by line, adding up to the total you questioned. The workbook stays with the conversation, beside the sources it came from.

A dashboard with the tabs Overview, Board pack and Board pack 2: a revenue trend comparing 2026 with 2025, revenue by category, and the confirmation that the bar chart was added.

    Dashboards you change by asking

Ask for a chart, a KPI or a change and the dashboard follows, on the same live sources as the conversation. Keep an overview and a board pack side by side.

Every source in one ledger. Every answer drawn from it.

Every answer shows the steps it took and the sources it used.

Built for the work behind the numbers

Reconciliation, consolidation and forecasts live in the same ledger the answers come from.

    Reconciliation
Bank payments are matched to the invoices and bills they settle, across banks and currencies, with foreign amounts converted at ECB reference rates. What does not match cleanly goes to review instead of being guessed.
    Consolidation
Several companies in one group view, with intercompany balances eliminated. Each company's books remain available on their own.
    Forecasts
Actuals come from the ledger, forecast months are marked as forecast, and every chart states its basis, period and scope.
    Exports
An export carries its own audit trail: a contents sheet, one sheet per result, the source documents behind each figure with their reconciliation, and the data sources used. A partial list says it is partial.
    Excel and CSV
Upload a workbook and ask about it against the ledger. The original is never changed, and every version is kept.Excel and spreadsheets
    Voice
Call and ask. Hey Aury answers on the phone, from the same books.Hey Aury
